Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to you, email us before ordering.

Shipping cost

Standard delivery is free on every order. Every order ships from within the United States, so the price you see at checkout is the full price: there are no import duties, customs fees or other charges to pay on delivery.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days from the day they are placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays, so an order placed on a weekend or holiday starts counting on the next business day.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and peak seasons can occasionally add time. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate and, if it has been lost, replace it or refund you in full.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Larger items may need a signature on delivery.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will replace it or refund you. See our returns and refunds policy.
